    I love Lexus and Toyota in terms of reliability but I also wish they were more exciting

    When I worked at the largest dealers in northern California, none of the salesmen owned cars, we all leased. Some swearing they’d never buy again. That should tell you something. (Of course, that only applies if you want new cars and don’t have a favorite/collectible that you want to keep for life).

    You get reliability with Toyota, but that’s it. Bare-bones. I always end up with the Toyota and wish I had gotten something more plush.
