Very odd. Grownsy is a weird name too. “Yea just add a thick coat of toothpaste; throw it in the sea; heat it up on the skillet; let it dry in the snow; repeat 3 times and you should be good to go.” No thank you Grownsy!
1000% new products is mandatory to work right out the box. the fact they got some sort of complex troubleshoot says alot about the company. like scrap the old version write it off as a lose and give customers a proper product
My sister told me to sterilize bottle for her first baby. He was getting sick frequently till older. Also she told me no need to sterilize when I asked the bottle was little bit stinky for her second baby. He was very healthy.

What is like to know is ‘why toothpaste?’ How and why did the company spend time determining this was a proper solution to the issue when they should have focused on making a proper product before releasing it into the market?
