   I mean you cant expect portable blender with small blades to cut thick blocks of ice.

   We have one. Works as intended….. AKA NOT an ice crusher. You can’t be serious…..

   I mean, their response makes sense. Just looking at it, i expect it to mix stuff together, not pulverize stuff.

   A blender not designed to crush ice is as useful as a frying pan designed to not heat cooking oil.
