The redesigned 2024 Mercedes-Benz GLC remains a competitive entry among compact luxury SUVs. It offers good fuel economy, a quiet and well-made cabin, and comfortable seats. However, its unintuitive touch-sensitive controls can detract from the driving experience. The GLC still earned a decent road test score, and there is a lot to like about this SUV.

Thanks for the review. I did not hear the fuel economy, which is the most important item in my next purchase. If it isn’t 50 mpg, not interested. (My last 10 gallons average is 49)
Ridiculous that a $50K+ SUV needs to have driver assist added as an option.

What a joke! For $20K less you can get an equally luxurious MX-50 that will be reliable. Like BMW, Mercedes lost the plot years ago.

Beautiful car, in this day and age and relatively speaking that’s actually a pretty good price for a loaded GLC. $12,000 more than a loaded RAV4 or Subaru, etc., etc. but well worth it.
Nice review Dr Em! I’m surprised it didn’t have a cushier ride. I guess you have to spend another $30K and get a GLE. 😒
