I test drove the ‘23. Love this car.
Something.
My 72 yo dad has this car. The software is glitchy but he loves this car. He wanted the ultimate isolation / relaxation car and this car fits the bill. He’s owned pricier ice vehicles, but they can’t compare to the smoothness of the electric motor. I just hope this car won’t leave him stranded as many other lyriq owners have experienced.
it looks terrible!
market failure!
73k!!!!
So who would have better ev snob appeal? Cadillac or Tesla?
A “start” button on an electric vehicle in 2024 is just plain stupid. It shouldn’t take up space on the dash nor add to the cost.
70 mph is too slow and is passed by Everyone driving 75 mph
The door that covers the charging port looks very sketchy. I’ve seen videos of users opening it on the Cadillac as well as the Chev Blazer. In every case the operation of the door is not confidence inspiring. I expect that once the warranty runs out there will be many of these driving around with the door missing.
First impressions are important and when something as simple as a fuel flap looks poorly done – and power operated – it’s not confidence inspiring.
Looks good!
Cantilevered. A good word.
Another “rich mans” toy.
Flush-mounted, motor-operated doorhandles are simply stupid. The added range from the reduced drag is tiny and it comes at the cost of potentially not being able to get into the car after an ice storm. Just give me regular door handles, please — they always work, they are cheaper, and they won’t break.
Yet another over priced caddy… yippee
I was really excited about this car. I live in San Francisco, which is full of EVs. I’ve seen a total of 2 since the Lyriqs release
Like the power switch reduces Phantom Drain.
3:45 check your texts!! 😅
One of the only Cadillac’s in recent memory that I love the styling of.
The author is upspeaking. Talking? In question marks?
Next time put ELECTRIC next to the name so we know not to waste time watching
