What about the tips of the cords? They rust, burn, etc
I’ve never heard of burn or rust of a cord
Seems to me that in the bending rig, the cord could be powering a load so that the exact time of failure could be logged.
That adds a different layer of complexity because there’s too many types of cords that push various levels of power. Not to mention they’re also super expensive
I see people replace their iPhone chargers more than anything

I had mines 3 year only had to change it because I got the iPhone 15 with the new charger thingy
Why was this charging cable torture room so soothing to watch
Has there been a test on which type of connector last longer. Tested by connecting to device to be charged. Apple don’t last more then a couple months for us, however the type “C” seems to last well over a year. How about you people conducting that test?
