This week we discuss our initial impressions of the 2021 Mercedes-Benz GLA, sharing our experience with the controls, ride comfort, and cargo space of this luxury small SUV. We also discuss if expensive wiper blades perform better than cheaper alternatives; the differences between winter and mud terrain tires, and whether mud tires are safe for driving in the ice and snow of wintry weather; if a recall on the Subaru Ascent will affect its CR reliability score; and we share tips on the best way to keep dogs, cats, and any other pets safe in your vehicle.

😍 Ryan is back!
When I want the true, honest car review, Emily is the voice of the people!
My car has different wiper sizes for the windshield, one is available in silicone the other one does not. The rubber ones have been replaced twice while the silicone one has outlasted both the rubber ones.
This Mercedes cannot compare to the excellent new Rav4 Plug in hybrid.
@9:27 Thank you so much Ryan for your advice on my question.
I love your videos. I leased a Volvo XC90 back in June. They had to replace the front brakes at 4,000 miles. Is that normal? I don’t think so. Thanks.
A reputable YouTuber (which I follow) recently tested mud tires on snow/ice and, no, they do not work. The tires were worse than all-season rated ones. The winter tires still came on top, of course.
Subaru could sell a wheelbarrow with plastic cladding and fans would gobble it up. There are some brands where I just don’t trust owners satisfaction surveys, and Subaru is one of them.
Aren’t there safety harnesses for dogs, that you can attach to the regular seat belt clip?
